  • All source code, designs, and deliverables remain the property of The North Stitch until full payment is received

  • After full payment, ownership is transferred to the client as per agreement

  • The North Stitch reserves the right to showcase non-confidential work in portfolios unless agreed otherwise

7. Limitation of Liability

The North Stitch is not responsible for:

  • Any indirect or incidental damages

  • Loss of data due to third-party hosting or services

  • Downtime caused by external service providers

  • Misuse of delivered software by clients

All services are provided on a professional best-effort basis.

8. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and ensure that all project-related data is handled securely. Sensitive information will not be shared with third parties without consent.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if:

  • There is a breach of these terms

  • Fraudulent activity is detected

  • Payment obligations are not met

  • Client engages in misuse or abuse of services

The North Stitch reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or services means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Lahore, Pakistan.
