Delivery, Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

1. Service Delivery Policy

The North Stitch provides digital and software development services. As such, there is no physical delivery of goods.

Delivery Process:

  • Services are delivered in digital format (web applications, software, designs, or source code)

  • Project delivery timelines are agreed with the client before project initiation

  • Work is delivered through email, cloud storage, Git repositories, or live deployment depending on the project type

  • Clients are updated regularly on project progress throughout development

Delivery is considered complete once the agreed project scope has been fully delivered or deployed.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable under specific conditions:

Eligible Refund Cases:

  • Payment made but project work has not yet started

  • Project cannot be initiated due to internal company limitations

  • Mutual agreement between client and The North Stitch to cancel the project

Non-Refundable Cases:

  • Work has already started or been partially completed

  • Final deliverables have been shared

  • Delay caused by client-side feedback, approvals, or communication gaps

Approved refunds (if any) are processed within 7–10 business days.

3. Return Policy

Since The North Stitch provides digital services and software products, physical returns are not applicable.

However, revisions and corrections are part of our service process, and we ensure that deliverables meet the agreed project requirements.

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation under the following conditions:

  • Before project execution begins → full eligibility for cancellation review

  • After project has started → cancellation may be allowed based on work completed, and charges will apply accordingly

Once a project is fully delivered or completed, cancellation is not possible.

5. Important Notes

  • All projects are executed based on mutual agreement and documented requirements

  • Communication delays from the client side may impact delivery timelines

  • The North Stitch reserves the right to refuse service in case of misuse, fraud, or violation of agreed terms
